  1. Postpartum body recovery

We help manage the blood stasis and waste products that remain after childbirth to support uterine recovery, and support your metabolism with the aim of healthy weight loss. Through customized treatments including postpartum Chuna therapy, we work to rebalance the uterus and pelvic muscles — aiming for recovery and a natural return to your pre-pregnancy shape.

  2. 1:1 personalized postpartum diet

We comprehensively analyze your age, constitution, BMI, and weight-loss goals to prescribe personalized herbal diet medicine that aims to replenish the qi and blood depleted by childbirth, support hormonal balance, and improve circulation throughout the body.

  3. Lymphatic detox diet

Our monthly 3-day lymphatic detox program aims to support circulation and metabolism during weight management.

  4. Boosting metabolism & basal metabolic rate

Using customized herbal medicine, acupuncture, and pharmacopuncture, we aim to support your basal metabolism and hormonal balance to help with postpartum weight management (results vary).

  5. Body-fat management

Through customized herbal prescriptions and coaching for blood sugar control, basal metabolism care, and better eating habits, we aim to support body-fat management and a healthier constitution.

  6. Structured diet management

We provide meal plans that balance meat, vegetables, protein, and carbohydrates, and use a WhatsApp meal-sharing system to give you real-time feedback and calorie guidance.

Postpartum Diet Q&A

  • Can I take herbal diet medicine before pregnancy?

In many cases, it can be taken before pregnancy, but an individual assessment is recommended. In fact, obesity increases the risk of gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, and preterm birth, and can disrupt ovulation cycles and contribute to infertility — which is why many patients visit us to lose weight in preparation for pregnancy. Healthy weight loss can help restore hormonal balance, may improve the chances of natural conception, and supports a healthy pregnancy. However, herbal diet medicine should be discontinued immediately once pregnancy is confirmed, and after childbirth we continue your weight-loss care with postpartum herbal diet medicine.

  • When can I start taking herbal diet medicine after childbirth?

The right time to start postpartum herbal diet medicine depends on your health and how well your body is recovering after delivery. The period between 6 weeks and 6 months after childbirth is generally regarded as a suitable time to begin weight management. In the early postpartum period, however, weight tends to decrease naturally, and dieting too aggressively can interfere with your body's recovery — so for at least the first 3 months, it is important to focus on regaining strength and breastfeeding. We recommend starting herbal diet medicine after 3 months postpartum if your weight has not come down naturally.

  • I have joint pain — can I still take herbal diet medicine?

Weight gained after childbirth places a heavier load on the joints, which can lead to joint pain, especially in the knees, hips, and ankles. In addition, the rapid hormonal changes and inflammatory responses that follow delivery can cause postpartum aches with joint pain and stiffness. Our customized postpartum herbal diet medicine combines weight-loss herbs with restorative herbs tailored to your condition, helping to improve the circulation of qi and blood. Along with weight management, this may help ease postpartum joint pain (results vary).
