What we treat here

We treat lesions visible on the skin's surface, such as flat warts, milia and skin tags, sebaceous hyperplasia and syringoma, raised moles, and melasma, pigmentation and lentigo. Lesions that look alike can differ in cause and depth, so we first identify their type and extent before deciding on treatment.

After removal or treatment, the skin needs time to recover, and depending on the lesion, it may come back or need several sessions. See each condition's page for its characteristics, treatment process and precautions.

  • Flat Warts

Flat warts are a viral skin condition caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.

  • Milia & Skin Tags

Milia are benign cysts that form when dead skin cells and sebum fail to shed normally and become trapped in the shallow layers of the skin.

  • Sebaceous Hyperplasia & Syringoma

Sebaceous hyperplasia is a benign skin lesion in which the sebaceous glands become abnormally enlarged.

  • Raised Moles

A raised mole is a mole that protrudes above the surface of the skin — medically, an elevated melanocytic nevus.

  • Melasma, Pigmentation & Lentigo

Melasma, pigmentation, and lentigo all appear as brown or dark-colored lesions, but they differ slightly in their causes, depth, and response to treatment.
