Ear acupuncture care tailored to your body — RI&

1:1 personalized care that uses ear-acupoint stimulation to help restore whole-body function, based on precise assessment and customized treatment.

In this Korean medicine treatment, the acupoints and reactive points distributed across the ear are stimulated with needles and press-pellets to help with appetite control, stress relief, better sleep, digestive recovery, pain management, and improved circulation.

Pressing the points lightly from time to time during your day can help control appetite, ease pain, relieve insomnia and stress,
and manage swelling — and you can usually continue your daily routine right after they are applied (individual results vary).

It can be used for a wide range of concerns, from dieting, sleep, and headaches to digestive recovery;
the ear points best suited to your current condition are precisely selected for personalized stimulation.

Who Is RI& Customized Treatment For?

We recommend ear acupuncture for:

  • Those whose face looks heavy and saggy due to facial puffiness and swelling
  • Those who want to support lymphatic circulation and manage facial puffiness
  • Those who struggle to control their appetite while dieting, or have strong cravings for snacks and late-night eating
  • Those who have trouble falling asleep or whose sleep quality has declined

  • Those with tension headaches, neck and shoulder stiffness, or jaw-joint (TMJ) tension
  • Those who want to combine it with other treatments

The Ear Acupuncture Treatment Process

  1. A Korean medicine doctor sitting face to face with a patient for a consultation

    Consultation

We assess your main symptoms and current condition — appetite, sleep, stress, digestion, pain, swelling, and more.

  2. A white ear model and a dish of ear seeds

    Selecting Reactive Ear Points

We precisely locate the ear acupoints related to your symptoms and the points that react most sensitively.

  3. Ear seed patches in a white dish with slim tweezers

    Applying the Ear Needles

Ear acupuncture stickers are applied to the selected points and secured so they stay in place through your daily routine.

  4. Ear acupuncture seeds applied at several points on the ear

    Finishing

We guide you on how to press the points lightly several times a day, how long to keep them on, when to remove them, and what precautions to take.

Ear Acupuncture Q&A

  • How long do the ear stickers stay on?

It depends on your skin, but they are usually kept on for 3–7 days. They generally don't get in the way of daily life, even after showering or washing your face — and if itching, redness, or pain occurs, simply remove them right away.

  • Does ear acupuncture hurt?

The stickers are simply applied to the skin, so discomfort is minimal. Pressing them may produce a slightly heavy or dull sensation, but it is generally quite tolerable.

  • When will I start to feel the effects?

Some effects — like appetite control and eased tension — may be felt relatively early, while others — like better sleep and digestive recovery — appear gradually with repeated care. Consistent care over time is generally recommended (individual results vary).

  • Can it be combined with other treatments?

Yes — it can be combined with acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, diet herbal medicine, or cupping, and can also be used alongside a diet program or autonomic nervous system treatment.

  • Can I receive it if my ear skin is sensitive?

If there are wounds, inflammation, or a metal allergy on the ear, this must be checked before treatment. The stickers are made with medical-grade adhesive, herbal material, and stainless steel, so allergic reactions are relatively uncommon — and we adjust the method to suit your skin's condition.
